The Nhulunbuy Staff Accommodation project by Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) features the construction of a 24-bed facility that will service the adjacent Flexible Aged Care Facility. Lead Consultants are serving as Client Representatives to ensure the project reflects ARRCS requirements and the facility is fit-for-purpose. Additionally, Lead Consultants is engaged as the Commissioning Manager for the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) and Information Communication Technology ICT and assisting with the commissioning process to ensure staff can seamlessly transition into the accommodation.
