Lead Consultants have been engaged as the Program Manager for the relocation of 12 Lifeline Retail premises. The program of works includes setting up new premises, making good of existing premises and move management of equipment, stock, and staff across 12 sites in Queensland. Involved throughout the design and scoping phases, Lead prepared design guidelines for each site in addition to developing a design guideline for the overall program to ensure consistency and brand uniformity across the portfolio. As the work progressed, Lead has maintained stakeholder management and communication to ensure the works throughout the procurement and construction phases reflect the program’s scope.
