The purpose of Lead's Integrated Management System (IMS) is to ensure the interrelated parts of the business align to meet Lead's goals and objectives and promote awareness and engagement with leadership. The IMS covers three areas of importance: Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Workplace Health and Safety. Through an independent external audit, it was found our system and processes meet the certification requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As of 6th October 2021, Lead Consultants is certified as being compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
