Providing Program Management and Landscape Architecture services across nine Blue Care aged care facilities across Southeast Queensland, Lead Consultants hopes to ensure the experience of entering any of the facilities is welcoming and provides a sense of arrival. By focusing on softscape upgrades, the BlueCare Landscape Improvements Program aims to improve the community's and visitors' first impressions of the facilities.

Our Landscape Architecture team delivered hardscape plans, planting plans, planting schedules, and specifications that reflect each site's current landscape and environment. Through Program Management, the Lead team has maintained communication and stakeholder management across all nine sites, provided contract administration and program coordination, progress reporting and monitoring and Contractor reviews and recommendations.
