A strong contract was required to be prepared on behalf of the client. Concerns needed to be addressed regarding layout of car parks consistent with the proposed developments intended use and their allocation.
Lead Consultants assisted in the preparation of the construction contract and was able to ensure certainty at time of agreement. As a result, the project ended up with less than 0.6% of variations.
The project was completed early and as a result the client retained finance costs and an early completion bonus was awarded. Lead Consultants helped project manage resolving many issues on site including carpark layouts which presented problems prior to title.
These were resolved along with other typical development issues which arise. Our defects inspection team successfully identified and sought close out of all defects on the job. The job had a 100% successful settlement rate.
