Lead Consultants supplied Superintendent and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the Administration Building and Nursing Home at RSL Care Cazna Gardens. Located in Brisbane’s Sunnybank Hills, the facilities provide a vibrant community for residents, and the refurbishment works significantly elevated the livability of the facility. As a live environment project, move management and the comfort of current residents was a primary concern from the commencement. Through effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project, the impact on residents’ daily life was minimal. Additionally, the Lead team also provided pre-construction cost estimates, preparation and superintendency of the construction contract, assessment of variations and progress claims, and management of the project budget.
