Lead Consultants were engaged to investigate and later assist Lifeline’s Adminitrative Offices in rectifying potential issues and helping prevent them from occurring on future sites and projects. The front warehouse at the Lifeline Ipswich Distriution Centre was the focus of this project. Controlling and minimising existing and future risks was successfully delivered through Lead’s involvement on this project.
