As the Project Manager and Superintendent for the Gold Coast Homelessness Service Bequest Project, Lead Consultants focused on delivering building repairs that improved operational expenditure and reduced ongoing maintenance for various amenities, including staff offices. The enhancement of facilities and services provided an environment of dignity and respect to support people to embrace a positive change.
Coordinating works with a tight timeframe, the service was promptly reopened following completion, reducing displacement periods for residents. This resulted from Lead’s Project Management team focusing on communicating the progress of works with clients and staff in accordance with the proposed project program.
