Assisting with the application for grant funding, our Project Managers gained an in-depth understanding of the required works, and as a result, Lead Consultants were engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendent services for the refurbishment of the Blue Care Toowoomba Residential Aged Care Facility. With an estimated total project budget of $18.9m, the refurbishment works include upgrades to the existing six residential aged care buildings, addition of one new resident room, minor works to the administration and therapy buildings, and repurposing of a currently vacated building on the premises. The conversion of the previously vacated building will consolidate a new kitchen and laundry service that will support the entire site in addition to creating nine new resident rooms and ensuites.
